About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to support our portfolio of SaaS products from inception through deployment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with cross-functional teams and a passion for translating business needs into actionable product requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Support multiple SaaS products throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. Define and manage product requirements, scope, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, design, sales, and customer success, as well as external development partners. Conduct market and customer research to identify needs, trends, and opportunities for product enhancements. Prioritize product backlog items, ensuring focus on features that deliver the most business value. Act as the voice of the customer in product planning and decision-making. Support go-to-market planning and product documentation. Track progress, resolve blockers, and communicate status updates to stakeholders. Measure product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related role (

SaaS and/or startup experience strongly preferred

). Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum preferred). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to gather, write, and manage product requirements. Analytical mindset with the ability to balance customer needs, technical feasibility, business goals, and timelines. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment managing multiple priorities. Familiarity with SaaS-related tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma is advantageous. Ability to work remotely while aligning with U.S. business hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R30000,00 - R80000,00 per month
