Role PurposeThe Product Manager is responsible for the full product lifecycle of the Fixed / Connected Home portfoliofrom ideation and development through to delivery, performance analysis, and market evolution. This role demands strategic ownership, operational drive, and cross-functional execution to ensure the delivery of compelling value propositions in a highly competitive broadband market.This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving industries and is eager to create and drive innovative product strategies with impact. The focus will be on transforming customer needs into scalable, high-performing solutions while responding to shifting market dynamics.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development & OwnershipTake end-to-end ownership of products, from concept to launch and beyond.Drive enhancements for existing products and introduce new solutions based on customer, market, and performance insights.Prepare documentation, pricing models, and technical specifications.Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IS, core networks, legal, regulatory, operations, and marketing.Oversee updates to systems, marketing content, and terms and conditions.Market Research & Trend AnalysisConduct qualitative and quantitative research into the broadband market.Benchmark against global trends and competitors.Identify external influences (regulatory, tech, economic) affecting product direction.Maintain customer segmentation models and identify growth opportunities.Go-to-Market & Performance MonitoringCollaborate with marketing and sales to define optimal channels for customer engagement.Assist in the development of go-to-market strategies and promotional plans.Build reporting systems for product costs, pricing, and margins.Analyse product performance and generate insights for continuous improvement.Stakeholder Collaboration & Vendor EngagementLiaise with internal business units and external fixed network operators to ensure alignment on product strategy.Lead commercial negotiations with vendors for cost optimisation.Mentor junior product developers and foster a knowledge-sharing culture.RequirementsEducational QualificationsMinimum 3-year degree or diploma in Product Design, Engineering, or related discipline.Experience5+ years of business experience, with at least 3 years in product management.Experience managing others or leading cross-functional teams.Familiarity with fixed broadband and mobile consumer services.Background working in medium to large-scale organisations.Additional Training/KnowledgeStrong grasp of digital technologies, financial and commercial acumen, and negotiation skills.Exposure to financial modelling and cost/price analysis.Competence in project management and cross-functional team coordination.Key AttributesStrategic mindset with strong execution focusable to translate high-level objectives into detailed action plans.Entrepreneurial and self-directedcomfortable building processes and products from scratch.Naturally collaborative, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Data-driven and analytical, with a constant eye on performance optimisation.Resilient and agileexcels in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.Not heavily conditioned by corporate structuressuited to high-growth, innovation-led environments.Should you not receive a response within 10 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
