Global Market Navigation: Successfully navigate and manage the complexities of global markets, driving growth and maintaining the organization's competitive edge. Product Development Lifecycle: Comprehensive knowledge of the product development lifecycle, from initial concept and market research through to product design, testing, launch, and post-launch analysis. This includes understanding of stage-gate processes, prototyping, and agile methodologies tailored to chemical product development.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field 5 years and above experience dealing in both fundamental research and/or production environments - Essential 5 Years experience in Flotation Operations (lab/full scale) will be an added advantage 0-3 years of experience in a laboratory environment (metallurgy lab preferred but not required). Basic understanding of flotation chemistry. Familiarity with PowerBI, SAP and other operating systems. Be able to manage cross functional teams to complete projects timeously. * Valid driver's license and must be prepared to travel
