The Product Manager: Enterprise Intelligence will be responsible for driving the vision and evolution of SYSPRO's Reporting and AI capabilities, as well as enhancing the user experience across all SYSPRO information systems. This role will lead product strategy, research, and development for SYSPRO's AI and reporting offerings--defining functionality, roadmap, and positioning to ensure competitiveness and alignment with the needs of SYSPRO customers.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Product Vision and Development:
+ Lead the research and development of AI-driven analytics and enterprise reporting features within our ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with evolving market needs and client expectations.
+ Collaborate with the Product Manager: ERP and Platform to define a comprehensive product strategy that leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance reporting capabilities, streamline decision-making processes, and optimize user experience.
+ Continuously monitor technological trends and advancements in AI, identifying opportunities where emerging AI technologies can augment ERP functionality. This includes exploring predictive analytics, natural language processing, and machine learning techniques to enhance user interactions, automate repetitive tasks, and deliver deeper data insights.
+ Develop a product roadmap that prioritizes AI-enhanced features, ensuring a phased rollout that maximizes value for customers while maintaining a competitive edge in the market. Cross-Functional Leadership:
+ Guide multi-disciplinary teams including data scientists, developers, and product analysts in designing and delivering new capabilities.
+ Provide direction, insights, and verification throughout the development process, ensuring high-quality features are released on time. Market & User Research:
+ Conduct market research and engage with customers to gather insights into their reporting needs and preferences.
+ Utilize the "Voice of the Customer" to inform product enhancements and ensure alignment with client expectations. Product Lifecycle Management:
+ Manage the product lifecycle from conception to retirement, ensuring that enhancements are phased and delivered effectively.
+ Oversee the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for new features, working closely with Product Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams. Governance & Compliance:
+ Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices throughout the product development process.
+ Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation, including specifications, playbooks, and training materials. Continuous Improvement:
+ Identify areas for process enhancement and lead initiatives for continuous improvement in reporting and analytics capabilities.
+ Implement policies and procedures to streamline product management and improve customer experience. Support and Collaboration:
+ Provide ongoing support to Development and QA teams throughout the software lifecycle.
+ Partner with Sales and Regional teams to assist in client interactions, offering subject matter expertise on reporting and AI capabilities.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Product Management certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Marketing) is preferred.
Essential Experience:Minimum 10 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 5 years focused on ERP systems or data analytics products.
Strong background in enterprise reporting, business intelligence, and AI integration.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product initiatives.

Technical Expertise:
Deep understanding of AI methodologies, enterprise reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and ERP software architecture.
Leadership Abilities:
Strong team leadership and project management skills, with experience guiding multi-disciplinary teams.

Exceptional ability to present complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
