Leading Destination Management Company is looking for an experienced Product Manager to maintain, develop and discover Product offerings for FIT, Groupsand MICE requirements intrinsically linked with each step of the Customer Journey.Experience required:Experience within the inbound tourism industryMS Office and TourplanExperience with contracting, product developmentExcellent knowledge of Southern and Eastern Africa productsExcellent negotiation and relationship and skillsDuties include:Increase profitabilityNegotiate, manage, and follow up of rates, overrides & brochure contributionsConduct robust and regular analysis of existing contracting processesNegotiate with suppliers best possible rates and conditionsActively research new productsEstablish, maintain and optimize a good relationship with suppliersResearch properties and special offersSupport the sales, systems and reservations teams with contracting requirements and queries
