Job Summary
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES xe2x80x93 Product Management
- Regulatory Administrations xe2x80x93 NRCS, ICASA, CRAN (applications, follow-up)
- Assisting the Sales Team with Compliance Documentation
- Daily Stock Health Report Management
- Out of Office Assistance for PM team
- Administration of PM Events and confirming attendance.
- Incentive Launch & Updates
- Meeting Minutes
- Display room management
- Management of marketing material in all display areas
- Management of PM Office and general tidiness
- Assisting with price run requests.
- Serve as a backup to Sales Administrator for website approvals and other related duties.
- Product Management Month-end
- Daily SAP reports
- Management of Compliance reports (NRCS, ICASA and CRAN). AUDITS:
- ICASA
- NRCS
- CRAN
- Minimum 1-2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience
- Experience with CRM systems, e.g. SAP (Advantageous)
- Experience in the IT/ICT Industry (Advantageous) Qualifications
- Grade 12/Matric Certificate (Mandatory)
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Mandatory)
- Demonstrate strong work ethics
- Show the ability to communicate effectively
