We're looking for a talented Product Listing Specialist to join our team and help us showcase our products effectively.

Position Overview:

As a Product Listing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating compelling product listings that attract and engage our target audience. You will be responsible for accurately and persuasively describing our products, optimizing listings for search engines, and ensuring consistency across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

Create, update, and manage product listings across multiple online platforms, including company websites and e-commerce marketplaces. Upload high-quality product images, descriptions, pricing, and specifications in line with brand guidelines. Research and implement SEO-friendly product descriptions to improve visibility. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure visual assets align with product listings. Maintain consistency in tone, style, and formatting across all product listings. Monitor product performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to improve listing effectiveness. Monitor listings to ensure accuracy, relevance, and optimal presentation. Track listing performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement and sales.

Requirements:

1-2 years proven experience with product listing, creation and optimization on social media platforms (Facebook Marketplace, Instagram Shop, TikTok Shop) preferably in e-commerce, BidoBuy, Takealot Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.). Strong computer literacy and comfort with digital tools, spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics and content management systems. Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword research tools. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Matric or Diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.

Advantageous Skills:

Familiarity with product photography, basic photo editing skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop). Experience with paid advertising and boosting product posts.
