Experience Required



Business & Commercial Banking / Financial Services



3-4 years in a product management or proposition development role within insurance, banking, or other financial services.

Hands-on experience in designing, building, and launching solutions for clients, ideally SMEs.

Exposure to short-term and/or long-term insurance products.

Strong understanding of how financial products are structured, priced, and distributed.

Familiarity with operating in regulated financial environments, balancing client needs with commercial and compliance requirements.



Leadership & Strategic Delivery



5-7 years in senior product, strategy, or innovation roles within a financial institution or insurer.

Demonstrated success in creating commercially viable client solutions that deliver measurable value and business growth.

Skilled in product lifecycle management, go-to-market execution, and managing financial performance (value creation, cost optimisation, ROE improvement).

Solid grasp of SME market dynamics - including client needs, competitor landscape, and profitability levers.
