Product Engineer
Job Description
A manufacturing team is currently hiring a Product Engineer in the Western Cape! Don't miss this opportunity to bring your expertise to a dynamic environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and reviewing service products, including technical solutions and go-to-market strategies, to drive revenue growth. You will follow up on proposals and projects, as well as provide engineering support to both customers and internal teams. Your skills in product knowledge, sales solutions, and strong customer relationship-building skills will drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for adhering to company safety practices and following all health and safety procedures within the company's facilities.
To succeed in this role, you should have a Mechanical Engineering Diploma or Degree (or equivalent) and 3 - 5 years of business experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong technical knowledge of product lines, excellent verbal, and written communication skills in both English and Afrikaans, and the ability to work independently while using your initiative are essential.
