Job Description


:

We are looking for a Product Designer who can not only execute against an existing roadmap but also propel the team forward with an insatiable curiosity and a drive to champion exceptional work. You will be involved in every step of the product development from user research and exploring concepts to ensuring quality designs and prototypes are made available.

What you will do:

  • Take broad problems and high-level user needs and transform them into meaningful products and features.
  • Create user flows and experiences that are simple and elegant.
  • Solicit feedback from stakeholders, team members, product owners and customers to inform and drive product experiences and features.
  • Partner with PMS, BAs and Engineers to steward the user experiences from conception to launch.
  • Identify future opportunities as a thought partner.
  • Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly.
  • Ship, measure and improve designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.
  • Contributes to the culture of the Product Design and UX team by participating in design-led projects, events and discussions, to spread design thinking and enthusiasm throughout Euromonitor and the wider design community.
Requirements:

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Product design or UX/UI design
  • Demonstrates understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchy.
  • Proficiency in and understanding of information architecture, multi-step and cross-platform flows
  • Employs design tools to solve and communicate user flows, interaction and motion, and knows which tool to use depending on the scope and phase of the project. These tools could include sketching, diagramming, interface design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma), production HTML/CSS and Javascript advantages.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, whether in one-on-one or group situations with the ability to communicate complex ideas, goals and problems in a way that is accessible even to those unfamiliar with the project.
