Overview
Seeking a Product Delivery Manager with a strong technical background in telecom and RAN environments. The role involves collaborating with customer teams across time zones, solving complex network issues, and driving successful project delivery. It is suited for analytical, proactive professionals confident in client-facing interactions.
Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical liaison between internal and customer teams (e.g., RF engineers, tools teams).
• Support project delivery and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
• Develop and review technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Review configuration parameters and rules, identify misconfigurations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyse network data and performance using Unison.
• Build SQL and Python-based reports, design network policies, and develop automation solutions.
• Liaise directly with operators on:

• GPL configuration queries
• ANR rules
• PCI/RSI management

Requirements

• Strong technical background in telecom/RAN environments.
• Experience with C-SON, RF parameters, and configuration management.
• Proven ability to analyse network data and troubleshoot effectively.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Innovative, proactive, and adaptable to change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple time zones in a remote setup.

Education & Additional Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Information technology (or equivalent qualification).
• Reliable fibre internet connection and backup power supply for remote work.
