Job Purpose
The Product Delivery Manager is responsible for managing the execution of New Product Development (NPD) and localization projects for the A/ME markets. This role focuses on delivery excellence, ensuring that products are developed, localized, and launched on time, within budget, and in compliance with regional regulatory and performance requirements. The role acts as the operational bridge between A/ME market needs and global-local (Brits) R&D teams.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Delivery

  • Manage A/ME-specific product development and localization projects from initiation through launch.
  • Own project execution for both local and global NPDs, including timelines, cost, scope, and technical specifications.
  • Track project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure timely mitigation/escalation.
Project Ownership & Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Act as project owner and primary coordination point between A/ME markets and global R&D teams (TCE, BSJ, TCAPIC, BRBS).
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders including R&D, quality, S&R, supply chain, marketing, and sales.
  • Facilitate project reviews, decision-making, and trade-offs to maintain delivery commitments.
Regulatory & Market Readiness
  • Ensure products meet A/ME regional regulatory, quality, and performance requirements prior to launch. Coordinate with S&R team for all necessary certifications, documentation and approvals are completed. Product readiness to market is key responsibility and accountability.
Product Launch & Post-Launch Performance
  • Support product launch readiness for A/ME markets in collaboration with product strategy, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with the Product Strategy / Category Management team to identify improvement opportunities and feed insights into future developments.
Team management:
  • Leads and mentors team members, fostering collaboration, growth, and accountability to ensure successful delivery of products.
  • Supports skill development and performance improvement by providing regular feedback, coaching, and guidance.
Qualification & Experience Required
Education, Master, other certification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA) is a plus
Experience (years):
  • Proven experience - 6 years in product management within the tire industry or related sectors
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
  • Solid understanding of product development processes and lifecycle management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across regional and global teams.
  • Ability to translate market requirements into clear technical and delivery inputs.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
