The Product Administrator manages eCommerce product merchandising to ensure that new products are listed timeously, accurately mapped and that good listing quality standards are met, including product image and description, helping to drive conversion and sales. The Product Administrator needs to build strong relationships with the relevant business stakeholders including the lead merchandiser, category managers, operations, marketing and the technical team.
Minimum requirements
Administrative experience in a retail/ecommerce environment preferable.
Highly proficient in Excel.
SAP and CMS experience is advantageous but not essential

Manage the product merchandising process to ensure products are listed timeously and are mapped to the correct menus and filters.
Work with the lead merchandiser and category managers to ensure the category logic & hierarchy is consistent and provides the best customer experience.
Ensure shop navigation remains relevant and up to date with business changes.
Ensure that all merchandising including copy and images is correct and in line with the style guide.
Stay abreast of eCommerce merchandising best practice and identify opportunities for potential improvements which will increase customer conversion.
Manage all search queries and work with UX team to implement relevant changes.
Weekly reporting and tracking of any visibility issues.
Conduct regular app walkthroughs to identify any issues or opportunities for improvement.
Log tickets with the IT support team regarding any technical or customer facing issues that arise.
