Job Summary ? Degree or Diploma in Commercial / Business / Supply Chain / Procurement Management. ? CIPS qualification / membership or equivalent e.g. SAPICS will be advantageous ? At least 5 years working experience in procuring for the mining environment with 2 years in a procurement transformation position ? Experience in Preferential Procurement, Supplier Development and Supplier Relationship Management ? Knowledge of B-BBEE and Mining Charter Scorecards (DMPR and DTIC) ? Knowledge of the industry in which the various Business Units operates (mining / manufacturing) ? Knowledge of SAP (MM, FI and PM) and advanced Excel knowledge ? Ability to maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders ? Negotiation, Networking and Communication Skills, team player, Strong sense of integrity and ethics ?
