Job Description

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Diploma in relevant field
  • Bachelor's degree/BTech (Logistics/Supply Chain Management) or Equivalent
  • 5-8 years' experience in procurement
  • 6 years + experience in Supply Chain Management and Governance & Compliance
KNOWLEDGE & OTHER SKILLS:
  • Advanced Excel & knowledge working on SAP / Pastel / SAGE
  • Knowledge of procedures for purchasing and invoicing supplies and equipment
  • Ability to work with numbers in an accurate and rapid manner
  • Knowledge of formal bid procedures
  • Ability to write clear bid specifications, test materials, and evaluations, and analyse vendor bids
  • Proficient keyboarding and file maintenance skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to deal effectively with vendor representatives
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skill
