What You'll Be Cooking Up:

New Build & Remodel Procurement Planning:

Develop and execute procurement strategies for new construction and remodeling projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.

Project Requirements Coordination:

Collaborate with project teams to align procurement activities with technical specifications and timelines.

Import & Logistics Planning:

Manage international sourcing, shipping schedules, and customs compliance to ensure smooth delivery of materials.

Supplier Lead Time & Scheduling Management:

Monitor supplier performance, manage lead times, and maintain accurate delivery schedules.

Procurement Tracking & Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of purchase orders, delivery status, and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with operations, finance, and project management teams to support organizational goals.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate procurement documentation.

What You Bring to the Table:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Procurement, or related field. 4+ years' experience in procurement planning or project-based supply chain. Proven experience with new builds/remodel procurement and import planning. Strong skills in Excel, procurement tracking, and scheduling tools. Exposure to equipment procurement (kitchen, HVAC, electrical) is an advantage Excellent planning, scheduling, and forecasting abilities. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to interpret BOQs and technical specifications. Effective communication and follow-up. Skilled in managing multiple projects and suppliers. Problem-solving for procurement delays and bottlenecks.
