Source, negotiate, and procure goods and services in line with business needs
Obtain and evaluate quotations and tenders from suppliers
Manage supplier relationships and maintain approved supplier lists
Raise and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
Monitor supplier performance, delivery times, and contract compliance
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
Support budget control and cost-saving initiatives
Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements
Assist with contract management and renewals

Experience & Qualifications
Proven experience in a procurement or purchasing role
Knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain principles
Experience with tendering and contract negotiation
Degree or professional qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or related field desirable
CIPS qualification (or working towards) advantageous
Compliance & Governance
Understanding of procurement regulations and ethical sourcing
Ability to ensure audit-ready procurement processes
Awareness of sustainability and responsible sourcing practices
