Job Description
Hire Resolve's Client is urgently looking for a Procurement Officer role open at a Mine in the North West!
Responsibilities:
- Source and purchase materials, equipment, and services to support mining operations.
- Manage procurement processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality or delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procurement regulations.
- Grade 12
- Degree in Supply Chain / Purchasing or a relevant commercial qualification
- Driver's License Code EB / 08
- Experience in Sage 300 ERP
- Proven track record with an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System
- 5 years' experience in the mining industry
- Salary: R600k - R900k
