Procurement Manager

Job Description
Qualifications - formal qualification with minimum 5 years operations and 3 years management experience
Profile needed:
- Accurate and timely feedback on client requests
- Management of procurement team to ensure RFQ and POs are processed in line with KPIs
- Constant development of supply base and ensure all supplier evaluations accurate and complete
- Ensure all queries are addressed and resolved
- Manage week to week cash flow requirements
- Issue regular weekly reports as required to monitor business effectivenes
- Manage suppliers and develop supply avenues and master vendor list
- Reporting
- Managing overall procurement process from RFQ to PO delivery
- Ensure all quotations are accurate and line up to client requests
- Managing the overall PO placement process
- Develop, implement and monitor policies, procedures, systems and controls for sourcing in line with Best Practices to control costs and optimise business operations
