Purpose of this role: The Purpose of this role is to offer an opportunity to utilize and expand your academic background in the Procurement department providing assistance to the Buyers when procuring goods and services that are essential to the business's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Data capturing on ERP system
Follow procedure for procurement of goods and services
Assist in communicating the company's expectations to the suppliers.
Work with the Planners and Buyers to track, control and track timeous delivery of goods and services
Assist the Buyers with requesting samples from suppliers to ensure that the product that is delivered meets the product requirements/specifications.
Grade 12 / Matric
Diploma or bachelor's degree in supply chain management or similar
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Good communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
