Procurement - Exports Clerk
The Procurement - Exports Clerk manages the exportation process, ensuring efficient handling of outgoing goods. Responsibilities include receiving, monitoring, and processing freight movements, ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete, monitoring shipments throughout the export process, and maintaining continuous communication with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate must exhibit the following key attributes:
Fluent in English
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Outlook
Experience with Sage Evolution (advantageous)
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sea Freight/Imports
Understanding of the duties drawback process and customs
Strong mathematical and accounting abilities
Effective time management skills
Excellent reading comprehension
Experience and Skills:
Proven experience in managing time effectively.
Ability to comprehend written information accurately.
Confident decision-making abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Competent listening skills
Sound abilities in negotiating.
Exceptional organisational skills, capable of managing and interpreting substantial amounts of data.
Education Required:
Matric (Grade 12 or equivalent).
