Procurement Clerk Opportunity - Join Our Procurement Team!



Are you analytical, organised, and experienced in procurement or supply chain administration?
We're seeking a Procurement Clerk to manage supplier relations, coordinate purchase orders, and support stock availability and operational efficiency. If you have a proactive mindset and enjoy working with internal teams and suppliers - we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:



Manage supplier relationships and coordinate purchase orders Verify pricing, confirm product specifications, and track delivery timelines Monitor goods receipt at the correct warehouses Resolve issues, track order progress, and ensure compliance with procurement procedures Maintain clear communication with internal teams and suppliers

Minimum Requirements:



2-3 years' experience in administration, procurement, or supply chain Strong understanding of ERP systems and order processing Excellent numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong administrative and record-keeping skills

Education:



High School (Matric) (Required) Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Purchasing (Advantageous)
