Key Responsibilities:
Manage supplier relationships and coordinate purchase orders
Verify pricing, confirm product specifications, and track delivery timelines
Monitor goods receipt at the correct warehouses
Resolve issues, track order progress, and ensure compliance with procurement procedures
Maintain clear communication with internal teams and suppliers
Minimum Requirements:
2-3 years' experience in administration, procurement, or supply chain
Strong understanding of ERP systems and order processing
Excellent numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong administrative and record-keeping skills
Education:
High School (Matric) (Required)
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Purchasing (Advantageous)
