Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and optimize strategic sourcing across key categories within our Lubricants and Friction portfolio. The role is responsible for developing and executing long-term category strategies, managing strategic supplier relationships, driving cost optimisation, and ensuring continuity of supply in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives while managing risk, performance and compliance.
Job description
- Develop and implement category and strategic sourcing strategies
- Market analysis, cost optimisation and pricing leadership
- Supplier relationship, contract and performance management
- Risk mitigation and continuity of supply
- Cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
- Post-matric qualification in Supply Chain / Logistics / Procurement
- CIPS Level 4 or higher
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Procurement / Supply Chain
- Minimum 5 years' managerial experience
- Strong negotiation, analytical and stakeholder management skills
- ERP and P2P system experience (e.g. SAP, JDE)
