Job Summary We are seeking an Immediate Procurement and Sales Administrator to join our team in Germiston, Gauteng. This role requires expertise in Pastel and MS Office. A competitive salary between R300,000 and R400,000, along with benefits such as a Provident Fund and 50% company contribution to Medical Aid. Key responsibilities include: - generating supplier purchase orders. -managing procurement systems. - liaising with local and overseas suppliers. -Tracking purchase requests and coordinating with shippers and couriers. You will also handle sales administration tasks such as: - invoicing, maintaining sales files, and liaising with customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in invoice processing, supplier relationship management, and have a meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential. A Grade 12/Matric qualification with some tertiary education along with proven experience in procurement, sales admin, and customer service, is required. Proficiency in Pastel and MS Office is a must, and knowledge of the industry's products or services is advantageous. #procurementandsalesadministrator
