Key Responsibilities:
Customer Orders:
Receive, capture, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Confirm order details, availability, and delivery timelines with internal teams
Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delays, or changes
Generate sales orders, delivery notes, and invoices as required
Maintain up-to-date records of all customer orders and correspondence
Procurement:
Source products and obtain competitive quotations from suppliers
Prepare purchase orders and follow up on outstanding deliveries
Liaise with suppliers regarding lead times, product specs, and pricing
Ensure all purchasing records, delivery notes, and supplier invoices are correctly filed
Support stock level monitoring and initiate replenishment as needed
Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) required; qualification in admin, supply chain, or similar is an advantage
1-3 years' experience in procurement, order processing, or general administration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
Computer literate: Microsoft Office (especially Excel - V lookup, Pivot , Recons etc..), email, and basic ERP/order systems - Zoho is preferential
High attention to detail, good time management, and ability to work under pressure
