About you
You're the kind of person who gets a little thrill from a perfectly organised spreadsheet and a neatly ticked-off to-do list. You're a natural communicator, whether it's chasing up an order, clarifying a delivery timeline, or syncing with off-site teams, you keep the wheels turning smoothly.
Systems are your thing, and you know how to make them work for you (and everyone else). With at least a year of experience in procurement or customer service, you've mastered the art of balancing quality, timing, and teamwork, while still managing to fly solo when needed. You're proactive, precise, and never miss a detail. Basically, if "getting things done" was a sport, you'd be going for gold.
Responsibilities:

  • Managing relationships between procurement and off-site departments.
  • Placing orders and ensuring stock is delivered in a timely manner.
  • Working well in a team - but having the ability to work alone too.
  • Phoning and/or emailing team members to ensure information is kept current.
  • Testing and evaluating products and understanding quality requirements.
  • Performing various administrative jobs.
Requirements, Skills, & Qualifications:
  • At least one year of experience in Customer Service or Procurement is required.
  • Fast and accurate administrative work.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good understanding of planning and the logistics process relating to products.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong affiliation to systems, utilizing them to increase productivity in line with the business strategy.
