BSH Home Appliances (Pty) Ltd has a vacancy for a Processes and Organisational Development Co-ordinator based in Sandton (37 Commerce Crescent).
Objective of the Position
This role offers a unique opportunity for a recent graduate to step into a strategic coordination function within our Processes and Organisational Development team. The successful candidate will support key compliance, efficiency, and sustainability initiatives across the business. With a focus on internal controls, process improvement, and regulatory alignment, the role is designed to build foundational expertise in operational governance while contributing to impactful projects across multiple departments. Minimum Requirements
Completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management
Exposure in compliance management, risk assessment, or regulatory frameworks will be advantageous
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
Knowledge of South African regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks
Understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
Exposure to internal controls, risk management, or audit procedures will be advantageous
Familiarity with import/export regulations and customs compliance
Awareness of OHS standards and corporate security protocols

Internal Control & Compliance
Manage Internal Control Support (ICS) and ensure alignment with audit recommendations
Oversee import/export control compliance and AEO registration with relevant authorities
Process Improvement
Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency across business units
Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to identify and resolve process inefficiencies
Risk & Safety Oversight
Support risk management programs and OHS compliance
Contribute to corporate security and contract management processes
Sustainability & Governance
Oversee the E-Waste Recycling program and support environmental compliance
Ensure documentation and reporting align with governance standards
Skill Set:
Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
Basic understanding of regulatory compliance
Process mapping and documentation skills
Good organizational and project management capabilities
Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools
Communication skills for stakeholder engagement
