Our client in the FMCG industry, based in Humansdorp, is looking to employ a Processed Cheese Foreman.
Requirements:
- Matric qualification essential.
- Minimum 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in leading a production team in a production environment.
- Dairy related experience and/ or relevant dairy qualification preferred.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Knowledge of HACCP is essential.
- Code 8 driverxe2x80x99s license will be advantageous.
- The incumbent must be willing to continuously improve as he/she will be required to study a skills programme assigned to him/her by the Company.
- Responsible for the daily manufacturing Processed Cheese through the application of good manufacturing and food safety practices.
- Effective people management on shift and the achievement of yields, quality, and production targets.
- Responsible for accuracy of documentation and production figures and ensuring productivity on an optimal level.
- Must have the ability to perform on duties with limited supervision and must have good communication skills.
- Must be able to work shifts and overtime.
