What we're looking for:

Experienced

Process Analysts / Process Engineers

skilled in:

Applying

Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)

principles to drive continuous improvement Analysing, deconstructing, and mapping existing and new business processes Engaging stakeholders and leading information-gathering sessions to understand and streamline processes Gathering, interpreting, and documenting comprehensive process requirements Participating in solution design and providing insights from a Lean perspective Ensuring

data integrity, quality, and governance

across processes Translating requirements into Agile user stories and integrating into Agile delivery Defining success criteria, documenting test cases, and supporting testing and implementation Providing training and support during process transitions Leveraging 7+ years' experience in process analysis or engineering, ideally within financial services Familiarity with multiple project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, RUP) Proficiency in tools such as

Confluence

and

Jira

Relevant tertiary qualification (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) and Lean Six Sigma certification
