Identify, report and rectify all
technical areas of concern
on assigned production equipment (machines, moulds, etc.). Have an in-depth understanding ofproduct and its quality criteria
. Have an in-depth understanding of theprocess
(material feeding and drying, injection moulding, reheatstretch blow moulding
andinjection blow moulding
.Mould installation
. Technicalprinciples
anddrawings
. Independently developmaintenance plans
and check lists. Independently developmachine settings
(teamwork as needed). Document settings andadjustments centrally
.Identify spares
needed for assigned equipment.Analyze Defect Register
together with Maintenance Manager & Production Manager to improve production resultWhat You Need to Succeed
Bachelor's degree / Advanced Diploma in Mechanical engineering.
Minimum 5 years' experience in the manufacturing industry.
Strong expertise in injection blow moulding & stretch blow moulding
. Sound understanding ofdrawings
. Fundamentals offault finding
and equipment testing Strongproblem-solving
andcollaboration
