Your Role & ResponsibilitiesManagement, leadership and development of process engineering team.Establish the need, and steer activities to drive process innovation and technology advancement in engine cooling production. Ensure plant processes are always capable of meeting customer and business needs. Develop CAPEX budgets based on capacity loading, development project and series optimization requirements. Implement capex projects.Support process concept development for acquisition projects in accordance with customer requirements, including equipment identification and selection, tooling and equipment costs, timing for process development and process risk assessments.Owner of the process development element of new product and process development projects. Design and implement production processes according to MAHLE and customer standards from concept development until PPAP and handover to production.Proactive problem-solving support of recurring technical production issues and customer complaints.Driver of continuous improvement of production processesQualifications National Diploma Engineering + 9yrs experience ORBTech Engineering + 8yrs experience ORBEng / BSc.
