Responsibilities

Conduct investigations to establish process or design efficiencies or deficiencies and identify a range of possible solutions.
Conduct feasibility studies and justify and present proposals, to management, based on expected benefits and estimated costs.
Develop conceptual design by determining scope, requirements, and objectives and develop process engineering design methods.
Develop detailed process design and refine scope and design.
Determine financial requirements, project management plan, and generate the capex documents.
Finalise implementation plan.
Develop and implement a project engineering plan.
Assist the projects department with project implementation.
Commission the start-up of the plant and hand it over to the production department.
Compile the evaluation report and update process documentation of all completed projects.
Ensured health, safety, environmental, housekeeping, and quality requirements are always met.
