65k - 70k Monthly Basic Salary
My client in the northern suburbs of Cape Town is looking for a Process Engineer (Operations) to join their team. Solid experience with Six Sigma (minimum Green Belt), proficient in ERP/WMS systems and data driven problem solving. Continuous improvement mindset is essential. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, is adaptable and motivated to deliver lasting operational requirements. South African citizens only.
Required:
- 5 years in process engineering, CI or operational excellence in FMCG, Manufacturing or Supply Chain environments
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives
- Strong working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and related methodologies
- Degree in IE, Process Engineering, Operations Management or related field
- Project Management certification is advantageous (PMP, Prince2, Agile)
- Mapping, analysing and redesigning processes to improve efficiency, cost and quality
- Facilitating workshops and design sessions to ensure stakeholder buy-in
- Delivering process improvement projects on time, within budget and with sustainable business impact
- Embedding Lean and CI practices across operations
- Drive adoption of redesigned process through training, coaching and change management
- Championing automation and digitization opportunities
