We're looking for a hands-on, experienced Operations and Supply Chain professional to help manage our global manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and supplier relationships. Reporting to the COO, this role plays a key part in getting our products from concept to customer efficiently and reliably.

What You'll Do:
Help plan and run supply chain and manufacturing strategies.
Lead new product introductions (NPI) and support scaling up manufacturing.
Oversee validation work on new equipment and contribute to regulatory documents.
Work closely with suppliers to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
Manage change processes (ECRs/ECNs), technical documentation, and quality compliance.
Handle global logistics: shipping, customs, warehousing, and stock levels.
Coordinate production, inventory, and distribution planning.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to support product launches and audits.
Support project teams and provide performance updates (KPIs).
Experience and Knowledge:
Degree qualified in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, Management or Engineering
Experience writing test protocols, operating procedure, manufacturing documentation and other supporting technical documents for the product development process.
Knowledge of demand planning, inventory control, production planning & scheduling, distribution and supply chain principles & practices
Demonstrated ability to comply with regulatory requirements and/or requirements of a quality management system related to medical devices.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar Production process, Operations, Supply, Demand, Inventory management
Strong computer literacy skills with Advanced MS Office Excel Skills (e.g. Pivot Tables), MS Office Project Management skills (scheduling timelines) and ERP systems within a manufacturing environment is essential.
Experience with Good Manufacturing Process documentation systems, including Device History Records and Device Manufacturing Records is ideal.
Experience with continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.)

Proven experience in researching, analysing and reviewing complex issues to provide advice and recommendations to management
Demonstrated ability to manage the financial aspects of the role
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to comply with regulatory requirements and/or requirements of a quality system
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate and present to all stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to deliver and form positive stakeholder relationships across various levels of the organisation
