Process Engineer
Job Description
Application Development
Work with the Data Architects to define dataflow, data transformation, interface needs and sources
Business Process Design
Drive future-state process automation and continuous improvement initiatives
Design and manage end-to-end process flows
Translate business needs into clear development specifications (e.g., DMAIC, process decomposition)
Define process metrics, support value/ROI assessments, and track benefit realisation
Support change management, rollout implementation, and incident resolution
Map, optimize, and digitize processes
Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics (Power BI / SQL)
Matric / Grade 12
Tertiary Qualification - Master's Degree essential
Minimum 3 years' experience in process engineering, implementation, and digital/workflow process design
Strong project management exposure on large software initiatives
Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
Power BI & SQL (design, extraction, queries, dashboards)
Between 3 - 5 Years
