Analyse current processes and identify opportunities to reduce cost, increase yield, minimize waste, or improve cycle time.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or statistical methods to drive continuous improvement.
Use data from control systems (e.g., SCADA, DCS) to improve performance hooting & Technical Support
Conduct Mass and Energy balances around: Water, Steam, Electrical, Molasses and Yeast and other on request streams through the plant
analyse information to identify opportunities to improve efficiencies benchmark against group's plants
B.Sc Chemical Engineering degree or equivalent
2-8 years process experience in analytical and problem-solving field or disciplines - chemical / manufacturing
Good understanding of process in related fermentation / distilling / baking industry LEAN Manufacturing, TPM or 6 Sigma
Expert knowledge of all plant processes (Fermentation, Drying, BCY, Dry Yeast Packing, Anaerobic Digestion Plant, Utilities)
