Job Responsibilities:
Documentation Control

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of PI's, WI's, FMEA's, Process Check Sheets.
Train Shift Leaders according to standardized documents.
Prepare reports on production performance, process deviations, and improvement efforts.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with process, quality, tooling, maintenance, projects and production teams for ongoing support and troubleshooting.

Process Monitoring and Control:

Process Improvement:

Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement (ME, TQM).
Collaborate with process, quality, tooling, maintenance, projects and production teams to develop and implement process improvements.

Job Requirements:

4+ years' minimum relative experience.
N6 / N Dip / B-tech Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering / Chemical Engineering or other Relevant Qualifications and Experience
Experience in manufacturing process control.
Proficiency in problem solving and troubleshooting methodologies.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment.
Experience using CAD Software
