Job Summary URGENT VACANCY PROCESS CONTROL & DEVELOPMENT AUTOMATION ENGINEER - MPUMALANGA Are you passionate to automate processes and to improve process control to tight specifications, believing in the value of performance improvement through better automation? Have sound experience in planning, directing, and coordinating hot rolling process improvements to affect quality, efficiency and availability while maintaining close control on critical product characteristics. Then we are looking for you. KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION: xe2x80xa2 Matric xe2x80xa2 Relevant BSc Degree (Electrical, Electronic, Metallurgical or Mechanical) xe2x80xa2 Solid experience with engineering control software development (C, C++, C#, Visual Basic, etc) xe2x80xa2 Knowledge of control systems and instrumentation xe2x80xa2 Level 2 type first principle models for heating and rolling technology, knowledge. xe2x80xa2 Knowledge of how Level 2 models are automatically calibrated using AI or other methods.
