Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Manufacturing department. We are looking for talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Process Artisan role, which is based in CCBSA Premier. Key purpose is to maintain (inspect and adjust) and repair equipment proactively as per maintenance targets in order to continually improve department efficiency, to optimize equipment availability and to minimize losses and risk.
Key Duties & Responsibilities KEY OUTPUTS o Completed equipment/parts requisition o Maintained equipment o Evaluated and repaired breakdown o Manufactured parts o Managed projects o Coached and trained learners o Maintained safe and clean working environment o Started-up bottling line o Delegated and monitored work allocation o Managed personal development and performance o KPI's KEY ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCIES Knowledge: o Technical principles o PLC principles o Bottling principles and processes o SHE principles and procedures Attributes: o Application of knowledge o Conceptualisation o Memory o Assembling - advanced o Hand-eye coordination o Advanced calculations
Skills, Experience & Education
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE o Qualified Artisan: Electrical o Electrical Trade Test o 2 years relevant technical experience in a FMCG environment
