Assistant Sales Manager / Assistant Manager: Dental Treatment Coordinator

As an

Assistant Dental Sales/Treatment Manager

, you will play a key role in converting leads into loyal patients. This telephonic role involves engaging with potential patients, explaining treatment options, scheduling consultations, and providing exceptional service throughout their journey. A background in

customer service and dental or medical sales

is highly preferred.

The position will be based in our offices in Westville and will provide the right candidate with support and opportunity for growth.

The successful candidate, will have:

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing patients. Educate patients on available dental treatments and recommend personalized options. Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records using CRM systems. Coordinate appointments and consultations with clinical staff. Clearly explain treatment plans, financing options, and next steps. Build rapport and trust with patients to support treatment acceptance. Meet or exceed monthly conversion and follow-up goals. Requirements:

3 years Sales and customer service experience Strong customer service focus Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Previous experience in

dental or medical sales

Strong phone etiquette and communication skills. Confidence in explaining treatment plans and financial options Highly organized with excellent follow-up and multitasking skills. Tech-savvy; experience with dental software and CRM tools is a plus. Empathetic, patient-focused, and sales-driven.
Salary: R12 000,00 per month + Commision

Bonus: Depending on performance
