Print Room Supervisor

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the print room. Create and prepare designs using CorelDraw for digital printing and cutting. Operate and maintain digital printers and vinyl cutting equipment. Set up print files for CNC cutting when required. Ensure quality control on all print and cut jobs. Lead and motivate a small team (2-3 members) within the print room. Work closely with the production team to ensure deadlines are met. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
Requirements:
Proficiency in CorelDraw. Experience in digital printing and vinyl cutting. Understanding of CNC cutting and file preparation (advantageous). Strong leadership and team management skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R12000,00 - R15000,00 per month

Mossel Bay, Western Cape 6506: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
designing or printing: 3 years (Required)
