We are continually and actively looking for talented individual to help us continue to drive us forward as a multi-facited retail solutions driven business. We are looking for an individual to help us to set up and manage the full print management workflow for our clients packaging needs across multiple brands, markets, and regions.

We're looking for a

highly skilled Print Management Specialist

to join our team and lead the technical artwork and production set-up process across flexible and litho packaging.

Key Responsibilities

Take supplied artwork and create

print-ready final files

for production. Adapt and roll out existing master designs across multiple SKUs, formats, and regional markets (pack size adaptations, language versions, regional innovations, promotional packs). Ensure full compliance with Global Brands own brand guidelines while tailoring artwork for local market needs. Manage artwork amends, proofing, and version control across diverse product categories. Liaise with printers and suppliers across Africa to ensure accurate, press-ready outputs. Oversee

final artwork management

for complex multi-SKU rollouts, supporting both adaptive and strategic design bodies.

Requirements

5+ years' experience

in packaging artwork creation and print production. Strong background in

flexible packaging

and

litho packaging

(essential). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience preparing artwork for large multinational FMCG brands. Deep understanding of print processes, colour management, repro, and pre-press. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume SKU rollouts. Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal design teams, clients, and printers across regions.

Nice to Have

Experience working within a

print management agency

or global FMCG brand environment. Knowledge of global brand systems and artwork workflows. Exposure to multi-market adaptation work across Africa.
