Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric and cost estimator qualification advantageous
- Experience with costing estimations for digital print
- Proven track record of cost savings
- Self-starter and independent reliable worker
- Ability to work in a fast-paced energetic environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- HOURS: Mon to Thurs: 7.45 am to 4 Pm, Fridays 7.45am to 1 pm
- Receive and analyse various incoming requests clients
- Estimate the most cost-effective production plan
- Manage and negotiate vendor pricing for products & services as necessary to serve meet clients needs
- Investigate & recommend modifications to enhance quality, functionality & cost saving.
- Manage multiple requests
- Improve the process for Sales and Production staff for alternatives in planning/estimating
- Juggle multiple projects daily under deadline
- Apply the production steps and associated costing of all equipment
- Prepare required documentation for all estimates
