Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the academic, administrative, and support teams of the school Uphold and enhance the school's

vision, values, and standards

Drive high standards in

Oversee curriculum implementation (with a focus on Cambridge and the CAPS curriculum systems) Strengthen relationships with parents, learners, staff, and the broader community Implement strategies for

Champion teacher development and learner support initiatives Ensure operational efficiency, sound governance, and compliance Inspire innovation in classroom delivery, extra-murals, and campus life Maintain a disciplined, inclusive, and child-centered school culture

Minimum Requirements

A recognised Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent Postgraduate qualification in education or leadership (advantageous) At least

5-10 years

of senior leadership experience within a school setting Experience in

Cambridge and CAPS curriculum

or private schooling (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proven track record in

school improvement, team management

community engagement
