Job Requirements
- A Master's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Educational Technology, or a closely related field.
- At least five years of leadership experience in the higher education sector, with a focus on educational technology, blended learning, or instructional design.
- A proven track record in data analytics, educational programme development, and online learning delivery.
- Demonstrated experience in team management and effective collaboration with academics, faculty leadership, and administrative staff.
- Leadership & Strategy: Provide strategic direction and leadership in the integration of educational technology and data analytics to support teaching and learning.
- Blended Learning Integration: Drive the adoption and enhancement of blended learning models across academic programmes.
- Collaboration & Capacity Building: Foster partnerships and build capacity among academic and support staff to promote innovation in teaching and learning.
- Data Analysis & Monitoring: Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement in educational delivery.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives that promote innovation, evaluate emerging technologies, and implement best practices for ongoing enhancement of learning experiences.
