Role: Principal Structural Engineer

Level: Senior Executive/Principal Level
Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's or PhD preferred
ECSA Professional Registration (Essential)
15+ years of experience with demonstrated leadership in engineering roles
Recognized expertise in structural engineering with published work or industry contributions
Proven track record in strategic planning and organizational leadership
Experience overseeing high-value, complex structural projects
Strong technical authority in design approvals and project solutions
Experience in developing and implementing engineering strategies
Track record of driving innovation and integrating cutting-edge technologies
Experience in mentoring engineers and leadership development
Portfolio management experience with budget and timeline accountability
