Profile for Success
We are looking for a leader who can demonstrate a history of technical excellence and impact. The ideal candidate will have:

• A proven track record of architecting, designing, and developing complex, scalable web applications, with extensive experience in Ruby on Rails.
• Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring software engineers, fostering a high-performance culture and driving technical decisions.
• Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS), containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and building secure, performant RESTful APIs.
• A history of successfully implementing and championing CI/CD pipelines and other DevOps best practices to improve development velocity and quality.
• Minimum Requirements: Extensive hands-on software engineering experience, including significant time spent in a senior or lead capacity on a large-scale SaaS product.
