Salary commencing from r1 307 905 to r1 873 179 per annum ref no: cs 110/25 - civic centre, cape town

Requirements:



Minimum of a relevant three-year tertiary qualification - Candidates with the relevant B-degree will be given preference

Minimum of eight (8) years' relevant experience

Data management and analysis, planning and project management experience will be advantageous

A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel

Computer literacy in MS Office, literacy in MS Projects, SAP experience and Data Visualisation tools such as Power BI will be advantageous.



Key performance areas:



Oversee the management of recruitment planning and targeted recruitment projects

Ensure that annual staffing plans are developed through effective talent sourcing strategies, incorporate scenario planning and internal capacity building.

Oversee vacancies demand management planning and estimation, and predict staffing growth

Advise on strategies for sourcing scarce and critical skills and management of consequential vacancies

Oversee best practices as well as Continuous Improvement opportunities for the strategic staffing function

Oversee and facilitate recruitment projects and campaigns and related outputs

Providing input, leading and directing activities associated with staffing projects planning

Develop and implement strategies, policies and procedures to ensure critical performance indicators are met

Oversee staffing related integrated risk management

Ensure the optimal utilisation of human resources within Strategic Staffing branch

Lead the compilation of staffing and related functions Business Intelligence to inform decision-making.
