The Role

Our client is looking for an inspiring educator to lead their school community while providing excellent Grade R instruction. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape both this NPO school's direction and the youngest learners' educational foundation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the school with vision and compassion, fostering a nurturing learning environment Teach and inspire our Grade R class through creative and engaging instruction Support and uplift fellow educators while promoting teamwork and collaboration Develop and implement a curriculum aligned with the CAPS framework Monitor learner development and maintain high standards of academic progress Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and the wider community Contribute to the growth and development of this Pre-School as a beacon of hope

Skills and Experience

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum requirement NQF 5 Proven experience teaching Grade R. Experience in a leadership role or readiness to step into one Strong classroom management and communication skills Highly organised, self-motivated, and leads by example A team player with a heart for mentorship and support Comfortable with planning, assessment, and learner support Open to professional growth and new teaching methodologies Full-day position A Driver's license and computer skills are required.
