Job Description

Provides an administration function in relation to rental agreements for Councillors, travel payments for Municipal Officials and Councillors.
Key Responsibility Areas

  • Purchase items through JDE system for the department.
  • Processing of invoices.
  • Capture schedule for goods received notes.
  • Perform post capture function.
  • Management of stores/material.
  • Control petty cash for the unit.
  • Perform administration contract.
  • Perform Councillors external office administration.
  • Administration of travel payment.
  • Perform general customer liaison.

Essential Requirements
  • Grade 12 NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
  • Computer Literacy.

  • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) plus an Administrative Certificate or equivalent.
  • 3 years relevant experience
